IBPS & SBI Form Documents: Photo, Signature, Thumb & Declaration Sizes
The four scanned documents IBPS and SBI ask for, their pixel and KB limits, the declaration text, and common mistakes.
Bank recruitment forms from IBPS (PO, Clerk, SO, RRB) and SBI (PO, Clerk) ask for four scanned documents. Each must be a JPG within a specific size range, or the upload is refused.

Hand-written declaration
You must write a short declaration in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink — not in capital letters — then scan or photograph it. Copy the exact wording printed in your notification. It is usually along these lines: “I, (your name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Left thumb impression
Use a black or blue ink pad and press your left thumb evenly on white paper. Avoid smudging and double impressions. Our tool's Clean up option removes paper shadows so ridges stay visible.

- Signature written in CAPITAL letters.
- Photo with cap, dark glasses or a very dark background.
- Declaration typed instead of hand-written, or written in capitals.
- File a few KB outside the allowed range.
- Uploading the same image for photo and signature by mistake.
