We take your privacy seriously. Every tool on Sarkari Tools Diary processes your files entirely within your own browser using JavaScript — your files, photos, and documents are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see or access them.
We may use standard analytics (such as Google Analytics) and advertising (such as Google AdSense) which can set cookies to measure traffic and show relevant ads. These services may collect anonymous usage data as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
This policy also covers our Android apps by Sarkari Diary — Sarkari Tools Diary, Doc Scanner, Biodata & Resume Maker and Finance Calculator. They work the same way: your photos, documents and numbers are processed on your phone and are never uploaded to us. Files you save go to a folder in your phone's Download folder (for example Download/Sarkari Tools or Download/Doc Scanner). On Android 10 and older an app asks for storage permission only to save those files. Doc Scanner uses the camera only while you scan; scans and text read from them stay on your phone.
The apps show ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from IP address), device and app information, and ad interactions, as described in Google's policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads. The apps do not collect your name, phone number, contacts or files.
