Photo Resizer changes a photo to an exact physical size — like 3.5 × 4.5 cm for a passport photo or 2 × 2 inch for a US visa — or to exact pixels such as 200 × 230 px for exam forms. It converts cm, mm and inches to pixels using the DPI you choose, crops without stretching the face, writes the DPI into the file and can keep the file under a KB limit.
At 300 DPI it is 413 × 531 pixels; at 200 DPI it is 276 × 354 pixels. The tool does this conversion for you and shows the pixel size before you download.

Use 300 DPI if you will print the photo. For online forms that give the size in pixels, the DPI does not change how the photo looks — 200 DPI is a common choice.
